I apologize if this is the wrong forum. I ordered a Sporn harness last week and it came yesterday. After finally figuring out how to get it on Cami correctly we had our first walk with it this morning.

I now have a well behaved walking partner!!! This harness is the answer to my prayers. She is 7 months old and has had 2 rounds of puppy kindergarden all to no avail when it comes to walking "right". She is SO STRONG and pulls excessively. I have had 2 trainers and 2 vets not to mention total strangers recommend choke collars and even pinch collars for her. I even thought I was doing something wrong....so I let others try walking her as well and she wouldn't stop pulling. I have read numerous books, (including The Dog Listener), I have promptly stopped whever she pulled, returned home to stop the walk etc....I was at my wits end. So after some research here at Boxerworld I ordered The Sporn Harness thinking I had nothing to lose....This is a "magic" harness for us! I would never subject her to pain causing aparatus and the regular collar was not working for us. I really really really recommend this for anyone who is having a pulling problem.
I lliterally had to hold up the extra LOOSE leash from dragging on the ground. Cami was *prancing* on her walk today, she was not in ANY pain, she seemed very proud of herself and was extremely comfortable in the new duds. She was still her normal curious self and was able to explore all the normal things but without pulling me down the sidewalk....it was amazing, I can't wait till tomorrow for our next adventure! She even stopped a few times to see what I was doing, I was being so quiet...she never heard me once say "No Pull!!!"....=Today was a good day! :)
Just thought I would share,

Susi & Cami...the worlds best walker!

I also tried the Sporn harness with Angel, and for the first little while she walked great. Then she figured out that to keep pulling all she had to do was walk on her back legs, so that's what she does when we put that harness on her. She's still pulling and back to a normal collar. Anyone have any other ideas, we couldn't even get a halti near her face, she hated it.
