Just making my introduction. I'm still shopping for my first Boxer, but I know it's the perfect dog for me and my fiancee. I have an oppertunity to purchase a brindle puppy. Guy told me it's "white brindle." I'll have travel to take a look at it, so does anyone have a photo of 1 a boxer that is "white brindle" to give me an idea? I look forward to getting my boxer and learning from this great site.

Maybe he means a flashy brindle?? I've not heard of a "white brindle." A flashy is one that has white markings that aren't limited to the chest and very little on the feet. Look at the brindle boxer gallery for an example of a flashy brindle.

More importantly than how they look, though, you need to know whether or not the sire and dam have been health tested for specific genetic disorders common in the boxer. Do a search on "health tests" and make sure that this pup's parents have had these done.

THanks for the info, I ll be sure to check on on the health deal. I thought the same thing about the color. I've done my research, and haven't been able to find anything about what he called it. I'll just have to see for myself what he's talking about. Thanks again! Potty training is a big deal to me. I can be patient, but want to make sure it's pretty do-able. Any suggestions on best way? From what I can tell, using a crate while away is the best procedure.

It depends on the dog. Tess has to be crated to keep from eating me out of house and home...LITERALLY. :) Boxers are smart, they learn quickly. Like I said before, you will find the answers to more questions than you can even fathom at this point here. You're in the right place!!!
