Neuter date is on the 29th

Well Domino's Insurance finally started so I have his appoinment set for Oct 29th and Yes I talked with my vet and NO Ace! I am actually kind of lucky she asked if I wanted to sit in on the operation(we are friends) and I said Yes!!! So I am excited and very nervous...but at least I will be there with my baby and he will know everything will be alright. Wish me luck....I have the same feelings I did when my son had surgery
I love Domino so much...I know I must drive my vet crazy sometimes but she is great!

Hi Trish,

So glad to hear you've made the appointment to get Domino neutered. He is such a lovely boy and so sweet. I'm sure your vet understands why you treasure him so. I will say a little prayer for Domino on the 29th that his surgery goes well. I'm sure he'll be up and kidney-beaning in no time.

Jewelle is still with me for the moment but that could change any time. So Jewellee sends boxer kisses to Domino now for a speedy recovery.

update on Domino's neuter(long)

Well everything went well And from watching the whole procedure it looked really quite simple. My vet did a good job and it made me feel alot better being there next to him from start to finish. She was explaining everything to me...when she was making the cuts and which way she decided to tie his cords up. It was actually kinda neat watching the surgery.appicon The only crazy thing was when he came out of the anesthesia he was thrashing and moaning like someone was killing him. :-( So I got in the kennel with him and held him(it wasn't very easy). After he started calming down a little bit I took a break and ran a couple of arrands and here I am. I don't pick him up until 2:30 today but I just called and they said he was sleeping. I just felt so bad for him it sounded like he was in pain but my vet said it was just him trying to come out of the anesthesia . So he is sleeping and resting and I will pick him up in a couple of hours. Thanks everyone for helping me and being my shoulder.
