Ok yall let me ask you something, I have a large fenced in back yard, where our dogs go potty and go play, unless I am outside with them they stay in the fence ( a 6 foot tall privacy fence). Ok well our neighbors have 5 show dogs who (according tothem) are so much better than our dogs because they have won titles. ok well the problem is they let thier dogs out to run loose through the neighborhood. They dont put them on leashes and walk them and I have never seen them outside playing with them. they just let them out. They go potty in our yard and dig up our plants and the neighbors had the nerve to tell me that i wasnt a good owner by leaving my dogs outside for 30 minutes last night while i went to the grocery store... does anyone else see a problem with this?

How rude! Id call animal control on them. If they are such wonderful precious dogs then they wont be at the pound for long and it might give the owners a wake up call.

OMG! What are they thinking calling YOU a bad owner? They have "show" dogs and let them run loose (not that it is ok to let ANY dog run loose), but if they are so proud why in the world would they let their dogs run loose and let them get run over or stolen?? Some people...

Sounds like they are full of s...well you know. Anyone with supposed titled champion show dogs wouldn't be letting them run around. My dogs not a titled champion or a show dog and she only goes in our fenced backyard unless I'm with her or she's on a leash. It must be so horrible to them that you actually CARE about your dog to not let it run free. Numskulls. I'd call animal control too and tell them their dogs are being destructive to your property. They need a wake up call!

another thing i forgot to post earlier, thier black french poodle came over one night and TORE out our trash ALL OVER The yard, he peed on my husbands white car and they did nothing but shrug when i told them about it. OK i understand that accidents happen and hes a dog... no biggie. but my white lab got out of the fence one day and tore into thier trash didnt scatter it around or anything. welll said neighbor comes over to my house at 10 oclock one night banging on the door because Honey had done this. GRRRRRRRRRRRR

Sounds like you have neighbors who are a bit jealous of your "pets". I would call animal control if nothing else for the safety of the dogs. Who cares what the people say, think of the animals and the chance they take letting them out like that.

Time for a wake up call.

Yeah show dogs...right! We used to have a Lab down the street and he knew how to open his gate, and it seemed like EVERYTIME we had chicken he'd get in our garbage and drag it over my yard and neighbors yard. Hated that dog, but loved him for being so smart. Once saw him get back into his fence b/c he recognized the animal control truck, no lie!! The dog catcher and I still laugh about ole Clifford. Call animal control, have them handle it, maybe they can get some results.

I guess I'm confused. If you have a 6 foot tall privacy fence and your dogs stay in your yard, how are they getting into the neighbors trash? Do they jump the fence?

I agree they don't seem very nice, but remember, turnabout is fair play. If you call animal control on them, they are likely to call animal control on you as well, even if they have to make up a reason!

We are having neighbor trouble as well, (new people next door) so when I saw their dog in our yard, I put Beau on his leash and took him out. The neighbor about flipped when she saw how "BIG" he was (compared to her chihuaha) and I haven't seen him in my yard again. :)
