I've seen other forums on here about horrible neighbors and since the weather was FINALLY nicer out we took out little guys for a nice long walk... buuuttt guess who was out running up and down the street jumping all over us and the other people with small children out walking around?? Of course the dog a few house down the street from us. Those people just leave their dog out in their yard for hours and hours when their home and when they're not. It's some kind of pointer and has very short hair so I can't imagine it stays very warm when it's below freezing and snowing like it has been for the past few weeks. But that's no even what bothers me as much as it jumps their tiny fence on a daily basis. Now let me just say we live at the end of a mile long dead end street with houses on one side and a river on the other and this dog the last couple days has been out walking on the very thin layer of ice that's covering the river!! And we already don't get along with them because my hubby yelled at the mother because they don't watch their small kids either and let them play in the street AND on top of that the man is a cop so where's that really going to go if we went to the cops to say something about their dog. THEN we have the people a few houses down on the other side that's a shepherd that is left out 24/7 that barks NON-STOP because no one there feels like taking care of it. I just don't get why people get dogs if they're not going to take care of them. Why even spend all that money to just throw your dog outside and neglect it? Sorry this was kind of long but these dogs have been pissing me off for so long now and these past few days and yesterday especially just threw me over!!
