When I'm sitting there in any mood, Belleau will know and sit right in front of me look staight in my face and just start talking to me. She will howl, bark and make the strangest sounds. It's like she really wants to talk! That is what makes me laugh every time! She's my girl!

Brutus will do the same thing. He'll just stare at me for a while and i'll stare back then he starts talking. It cracks me up every time.

During our hour of quality time each evening, after the two-legged kids are in bed and the household duties are done, Riley and I cuddle on the couch together and watch tv. I usually have my hair up in a scrunchy by then after a long day and we play a game where he pulls the scrunchy out of my hair and then I take it from him and put my hair up again and then he snuffles and roots around my head and pulls it out again.. we do this many times... until he gets tired and curls up on my lap and sleeps...

They make me smile when I turn on my street and see them laying on that side of the house like they've been waiting for me all day(and they seem to know when Im coming)...
When Im trying to watch tv and Noah doesnt feel he has enough playtime so he'll stand in front of me and bark/woowoo....
When Im standing at the window and they dont think Im watching, they go crazy playing with each other in the back yard...
The first opprotunity I get to sit down and immediately Noah has his front paws in my lap waiting for his hugs.....
When my usual lay about Ashley goes nuts when she knows its time for dinner, and she goes and starts pouncing and throwing her toys...
Ashley also burns around the house after a bath, like shes got a hot iron on her tail or something...

When they want to play, they will standm absolurely still, starring as bug-eyed as they can, with thier tails wagging furiously.

The best, though, is when they go out and "talk" to the squirrel that sits on the telephone pole on the other side of the fence. They will race out, sit down and stare at it like they were getting instrutions from the mopther ship or something. The squirrel will chatter at them for 10 minutes or more sometimes. Then, when he runs away, they race like mad all around the yard, leaping and tumbling, nd racing and jumping and spinning with joy. I got some quick times of it once and I play it whenever I need cheering up.

I could name so many, many things that Gus does to make his mama happy, but my absolute favorite is when I come home from work and he does hismost enthusiastic bean dance/boxer burn around the coffee table/big, slobbery, smooshy face kiss ritual for me every weekday...I love my boy!

Mood inhancer!

My favorite is when DH is being grouchy and Dozer tries to cuddle up to change his mood, the lets off the Boxer gas attack right in his lap! Yay! Pay back to the grumpy monster! HE! HE! HE! Then DH just laughs YUCK!

My favorite is when Lilly stands in front of me with her little chin resting on my leg asking if she can come snuggle with me on the couch. She then HAS to lay between my legs with her little chin resting on my knee. I am required to play with her ears as the snuggling comences. With Diesel, my little clown it is his overall attitude. He approaches every person and situation he encounters with a "look at me, aren't I cute, don't you just love me, look, look" attitude, And he is, and we do.

Colby loves to talk to me at night. It's not quite a woo-woo but it isn't barking either. It's more like Chewbacca talk. He sits and does it and looks at me as if he's saying "don't you understand me?" He just looks so cute when he does it and the sounds he makes are so funny!
Skye likes to sing when I sing. She throws her head back and woo-woos at the top of her lungs! It is hysterical!!
