I know here in PA, if you buy a lifetime dog license, they give you a number to be tattoed (sp?) on her belly/leg area. If you can't find any info online, you may want to call your local courthouse and ask if they can look up the number and they will give you the previous owners name...at least here they will. Abbie is getting spayed and will be getting a tattoo on the 18th of April. My baby is getting some ink and i'm not...what is wrong with that picture??:D
