I have seen on a show that they tried to relieve the food aggression by hand feeding the dog without other dogs around. Not sure how aggressive your pup is, but may be worth a try as long as you feel the pup wouldn't eat your hand too. I would think then weening them into a bowl with your hand dumping small amounts and working towards being able to touch the bowl without any defensive moves from the pup.
It is best to have each dog have a bowl of their own. They should sit and wait til you say when to eat. What is left on the floor should be YOURS, not theirs. They could end up fighting over that one nugget hidden under the couch.
Be consistent and don't rely on them following any rules without your supervision.
