Need a new place to live

My wife and i need a new place to live!!! We are renting and are not to happy. Our landlord is helping at all. We are looking for a house to buy. We might have found one, but have more to look at. Just as long as we don't have to rent, and have a yard for our two boxers to run. This will be our first time buying and i never thought it would be this much of a hasel.

Good luck. There are a lot of great programs out there for first time home buyers. Just do your research. You're right - it is a very time consuming process, but it's worth it when you have your own house.

We just bought our house a few months ago - that is what enabled us to get our boxer Baron. Apartment living didn't allow us to have dogs.
It's such a relief to have our own place although there is a lot that goes with it that you just don't think about...
for example: During this weekends deep freeze our hot water pipes froze, before I could call a landlord - now I have to make my husband rip apart my kitchen counters to find the area with the pipes is not insulated at all! What fun!!
BUT - it's all worth it when I look at my Baron!

You think buying a house the first time is hard try the second time! We are buying a house that will be built! It's very stressful I do agree so many papers and so many details! Did you have any luck with the house you looked at? I hope so! Buying a house is great investment no matter how much stress! It's worth it!
