Naperville / Oakbrook Bash

Is there any interest in a bash at the Oakbrook or Naperville park? There seems to be no interest in the Chicagoland area. Saturdays will be tough for me unless they are held in the late afternoon. Sundays are wide open.

Are you thinking Naperville or Oakbrook?

Of course I"m partial to Naperville, since I live there and I like the fact of no fences. But I can do either or.

Devil Child will do either park, either day, depending on weekend. Can't do this first weekend of August or Aug. 10-12, but otherwise looks good.

Where is park in Naperville? DanTij, are you going to organize? Let's have a party!

I'd be willing to organize providing people are going to attend. Let's see if we can stir up some more interest before we get too far ahead. The Naperville park sounds good to me. I've never been there, so it will be fun for all of us. I'll let you pick the date, preferably on a Sunday, and wait and see if anyone else responds. Thanks for the response!

The girls are missing the park! Let me know exactly where and when. Sundays work fine for me too. I'm a little nervous about the no-fence. I like the idea of letting them run around and not having to keep one eye on them at all times. Maxine is still young and she chases birds, squirrels, flies, june bugs, etc....But I can do that one if that's what ya pick...no biggie...just let me know!

I would be in for OakBrook on Any Sunday.

I, like Lisa, am not comfortable with my kids being in a non-fenced area. They are only 7 months old and I am not confident that I can chase them both at one time if they decide to run off.

So, If you're doing Oakbrook, I'm in. If Naperville, I'm out.
