Dremel people - what tip, how long?

For those who use a dremel - what kind of tip on it do you use, and about how long does it take? Someone said five minutes per dog... we've got some long winter nails and are getting a little anxious.

I do both my pups in the bathtub when they are getting a bath. They usually don't say a word. I do it myself. I just use regular doggie nail clippers. If I try to do it outside the bath, Gus nips when I do his front feet, but Izzy is so good, I could do her's anywhere. I wanted to try a dremel but wasn't sure exactly how to do that. I think they would go nuts when it made noise though and want to play with it. They usually gets a bath every 2 weeks, so I clip their nails that often. Sometimes I do Izzy's every week. Her's grow so fast for some reason.
