My hero!

My little boy came to my rescue yesterday! I was walking him in the park and it was getting dark. In front of me on the path was a man waiting. When I reached him he started talking to me, saying "there you are, I haven't seen you in a really long time, you're looking more beautiful that ever etc etc". I had never seen him before in my life and had dyed my hair bright red so there's no way he knew me. He wouldn't go away and I was starting to get a little scared since there was not so many other people around. Normally Easy is running around some distance from me but he starting walked by my side in between me and the man. And just as I was starting to get really worried because the man wouldn't stop following me, Easy suddenly just turned around and bit him!! I know I shouldn't be proud of him but what a hero. The man complained "your dog just bit me". I explained to him that Easy sees it as his job to protect me and that he should probably leave us alone which he did pretty quickly. I was so shocked that Easy protected me, he's only 7 months and has never shown any sign of being a guard dog before. He's normally the cutest ever baby who loves everyone he meets.

Way to go Easy appicon appicon. He was protecting his momma!!! I never doubt any of the kids intuition-especially Pooh's. I think they are a better at judging a person's character than we are. I'm so glad you are safe !!

Thanks so much for the support! I am ashamed to say my first reaction was shock that he bit someone but then after I realised that he was protecting me he got hundreds of cuddles and kisses.

I have to add my own: The other day Dempsey defended me...against a truck :p silly pup!! LOL

Awesome job Easy appicon!!! In addition to being the best breed (IMO) they also sense things in you as well! He probably knew you were frightened and figured that they guy was why!

Wow! I just watched a segment on Primetime last night about this type of situation where men target women. I am so glad that you had Easy with you and that he protected his mama! Stay Safe!
