Yes, your pic link did work, he is a lovely boy.
Now, for your solution.............let your wife get a little girl Boxer, then she can name her with a 'girly' name and you can name your handsome little boy with a 'manly' name! ;)

Ya I should have seen that one coming, well that’s the plan but not for at least a year. When I move back to Florida I’m going to look in to the boxer rescues and adopt another.

Well i finally named my pup, Sargent or "sarge". Well after just staring at him for awhile and with his stripes and me being in the Army i thought it was fitting. Even though he kind of looks like a "JAR HEAD" (Marine):)

Welcome. Getting your first Boxer is like going to Disney World for the first time.

You've heard about it, you've read about it, and done all your homework, but nothing can prepare you for the experience.

Even reading the posts by us fanatics, can only give you a hint of what a Boxer brings to your home. The most telling clue is from the threads about ill Boxers, or those who have passed on.

The grief and sorrow is palpable in most of them. As difficult and tragic as they may be, they reflect most accurately, just how much they mean to us, and how precious they are.

Good luck with your pup. Be sure to share your experiences as he becomes a part of your family.

Good idea to get another one!

Our male was bought for my husband around Christmas last year and he named him Micah. I didnt like it. I thought it sounded like Mike which was my ex-husbands name. But when he got my female for me a month ago I named her Shayna. (he hated it) but everyone is even now, most importantly everyone is happy! Boxers are always better in pairs. It's twice the fun! Although I dont miss the sleep filled nights that I had when it was only our big guy until a month ago. I'll get them back again. For he put me through the same thing at first. Your going to love it!

I love the name!! :D That was our feller whom we lost in September, except his was spelt the English way.....Sergeant. He had three chevron stripes on his back. There couldn't be a more 'manly' sounding name than Sergent.
