Ok my boy Kilo is sooo scared of everyone and everything.
We have tried to help him out with this but I dont think we can, I mean we dont really know how.

My girl haylee loves it when I throw a ball her way or a treat.. She will run, jump, leap, fly ect.. To get her treat or toy, but with kilo its a different story, he is sooo afraid, he just lowers his head like if we where going to hurt him, and when he is outside with us and we are watering the plants or doing anything to do with large quantities of water he runs and ducks for cover (usually behind one of the cars..)

My first impression was that he was abused but we got him from a family member, Who told us she never hurt him or treated him badly (But just because shes family dosent mean I dont have my doubts) She said he has been that way since he was a puppy.

This is very stressfull since I cant really play with him, Its hard to be able to have fun with Haylee when Kilo is just hiding somewhere afraid we might hit him with a ball.

Also when we reach down to pet him or try and touch him he lowers his head alot... :(

So far Ive managed to get him to let us pet him without him being so scared. Its still a long way from him being able to have 100% fun like haylee does.

Any suggestions on how to help this little guy out? I really would love to be able to throw a ball or frisbee and watch him run and play like a boxer should. :)

Thx for the help :)

Missa

It's probably a good idea to get a trainer / behaviourist to work with you on this ...

All the best with Kilo :)

Mine too...

Our 8 month old was just like that when we took him home at 3.5 months. Just takes a lot of time and patience to get him out of it. Shoot me an email if you want specifics on what worked for Jake...
