I did too. And I thought I would have to comment on my girl who swipes cigarettes. She also totally destroys any cigarette packs she finds. This is the only thing she chews or destroys too. I think she is pushing her point!

I always tell my other, more well behaved dog, 'Why didn't you stop her?' when Sage does something bad. Of course, he just wags and gives me a kiss as if to say 'I tried, but she's just a bad dog. Not like me - I'm a GOOD boy.' Also, every time I yell at Sage, Jericho comes up and wags and acts really sweet - Totally rubbing it in that he's SOOO well behaved and she's a little monster. They're such siblings, it's not even funny!!!! I guess these dogs are always smarter than we think!!!

This sounds like Rocky and Lucy. Rocky NEVER gets into trouble and Lucy is my little devil. I am always asking Rocky why he isn't teaching her to be good like him. I just get the big sweet doe eyes in response. Sometimes he just comes and sits on my lap while she is getting into stuff. I think he wants to make sure I know he was being good while the crime was being committed.

Narc's

My brother in law has 2 boxers. The old one "buddy" is 8. He is the best babysitter you could ask for. We have 2 girls (9 & 14) and they have 3 boys (7 & 11 & 15). Whenever we are in their rec room watching a movie we just say to buddy "go watch the kids". He will go upstairs and sit in the same room as them. If they are behaving themselves, we won't see him. If they are doing something bad (or even questionable) he comes down and looks worried and walks in a circle in front of the TV. It's too funny. We even call him Buddy the narc.

Love this thread!!

LOL... too funny!! I think I should get Vegas a brother to watch over her. She's such a little devil... into EVERYTHING!!! I have to follow her around 24/7 to make sure she isn't destroying something.
The other morning I got out of the shower to find that she had pulled every bit of toilet paper off of the role and had covered the bathroom and my bedroom. She sat there with the evidence hanging out of her mouth and a very proud look on her little face. I tried to give her a stern "NO", but I was laughing so hard that it wasn't very effective. If only I had my camera close by to catch that moment...
Rule of thumb in my house is that if all is quiet, Vegas is getting into trouble.

That's funny. My dogs are partners in crime. I always tell oscar the better (behaved) one that he should know better. One day I came home to find that the pork chops that were left to thaw were eaten. I saw pink styrofoam (sp?) all over the floor and knew they either got into the trash, but no, sure enough they ate mommy and daddy's dinner!!! I was mad at Jazz (the little one ) b/c she has the guts to get up on the counter, Oscar would never. Then Oscar wags his nub and sits next to me, like he's an angel but I tell him "you probably told her to do it" that was the first time they got in BIG trouble (both of them)..

Jack tells on himself. He always comes over and sits as close to me as possible when he has done something wrong. This morning he came and sat on my feet so I went looking....POOP all down the hallway! UGH! I do think it is awfully cute though....he feel guilty.
