We were very sorry to hear about Murphy - particularly because we have a little murphy - now just 15 weeks old, a beautiful boxer boy full of bold mischief! I hope my Murphy goes on to give us the pleasure that you have shared with your special Murphy. I also have two Airedales by the way - one is now nearly 14 which is pretty old for an Airedale and so I spend too much of my time worrying about how long he has left. Young Murphy is bring much joy to old Max and our younger Airedale bitch, Molly - even though they'd gladly kill him at times.

Murphy is a beautiful girl. I'm so sorry to hear that she has been diagnosed with cancer. We will keep her in our thoughts and prayers.

That is so sad. It made me cry just reading all the wonderful things people have said. It's nice to know that people do still care in this world for your dog and I have recieved a lot of support with my dog ,too. Wish I could help heal the cancer from your beautiful dog...

I do sympathize with you and your wife. We went thru the same thing and it is/was hard. If you care to read my story look under Rainbow Bridge and Tyson was a Gentleman. He will be a prince to your princess when they meet at the bridge.

I have one grown son who tries his best to not love Jazzy and Mac like he did Tyson because he says he can't take losing another dog that he loves so much. He is trying so hard to stay detached to them but they are winning him over. It is better to have loved and lost than not to have loved at all!

It hurts! Cry and let it out. We are here and most of us have been in the same boat. We care about you and your Murhpy!

Hi Ted,
My heart is just breaking for you and your wife. What a beautiful girl Murphy is. I'm so sorry. I lost my Becca on February 1st, she was ten and a half. Nothing ever prepares us for this.
I'm sure that Murphy has a wonderful life with you and your wife and that she will feel love and safety every minute that she is with you. Maybe that's the best thing we can do for our dogs.
