Lady Raven Smith went to the Rainbow Bridge on 26 Dec 06, she was survived by her flashy fawn husband Perry Saturn and her human mommy and daddy who misses her ever so much and cannot stop thinking about her.
She was the most beautiful brindle female that I have ever seen. She was the most spoiled Boxer that anyone could have and she knew that she had her daddy under her paws.
She was definately a daddy's girl where ever I was she was there with me, if I was laying on the couch she would curl up there with me, if I was on the floor she would be there beside me, she would be there at my feet sleeping on my leg every night. I miss that so much I miss having her up on the bed snoring, as we would call it "playing possum" where she would snore but have her eyes open playing like she was asleep.
She would be the first to be at the door waiting for me to greet me at the door and to say I missed you. She had everything she had a wonderful temperment, she was always ready to play with her kong, tug o war and even hide and seek with her husband Saturn Flashy Fawn.
When it came time for her puppies to be born a few years ago, we made her, her own room so that she could be comfortable and right before she started having them she ran upstairs and jumped up on the bed and I told my wife were having our babies on the bed we took the shower curtain down and watched and assisted her in delivering 8 beautiful babies 4 boys and 4 girls.
She was the perfect new mother, she would not leave them I had to force her to go outside and then she would run back to her space and take care of her babies. I would lay there on the floor hand feeding her because she di not want to leave them, I even drove in 2 feet of snow during a bad snowstorm to go get metamucil for her because of her having constant diarrhea and loosing so much weight we took her to the vet and he suggested that we could try that to help with her diarrhea.
I loved my baby girl more than anything else in this world. Me and my buddy miss her so much and we lay around together and play and are trying to move on but it is difficult and we are supporting each other because I know he misses her as much as I do.
