Oh my :( I'm so so sorry about the diagnosis. I was thinking with him being so young still it wouldn't be that. This just breaks my heart. Our boxers are prone to some awful stuff. We lost our last one at just 5 years old and I still have a hard time wrapping my brain around how quickly things can change. Your Cobi is such a handsome boy. I hope you get lots of quality time with him yet. Big hugs to you.

Thank you so much, just crying right now reading all these wonderful messages. My poor pal has taken a turn for the worst today, suffering a seizure and losing all vision in one eye and partial in an other eye. He still follows me by voice and wants to lay by me all the time. As a family, we have made the decision to put him down on Friday, so he no longer has to suffer. I am going to spend every moment with him until the end. Tomorrow night, we are going to cook him the best meal of his life. Steak and all the fixings. I wanted to post some pictures of his healthy days, to remember the good times. Here he is on his first day home. Our old boy Rocky is still going strong at 14 years old, I could have never imagined my old Boxer who I've had since I was just a kid would outlast my Cobi. Rocky knows something is very wrong and he is worried and is crying non-stop, I hope it's not too much for him to see his best pal leave. We've owned boxers all of our life, and have never had a boxer who loved the water so much. During the summer, he would hop in the pool by himself and just sunbath all day. Such a funny dog he is.

What wonderful pictures. I am really sorry for Cobi and your family. I lost my first boxer last year at 13.5 years and now our Mick (3 years) has frequent "episodes" where he collapses due to a bad heart. You are never ready to lose them but it is so extremely hard when they are so young. I hope your last days together are full of good memories and Cobi enjoys his steak - you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

My heart is breaking for you

Our prayers are with you. We went thru an awful time with a foster with a brain tumor. No vestibular problems. Aggression . It was scary and sad.

Our Dear boy Tig was diagnosed around his sixth birthday with an abdominal mass and was put down three weeks later. It was one of the hardest things we ever went thru. I feel your pain and send our sincerest condolences. Love him to pieces in his final days. Even though he knows deep in his heart how much he is loved and he loves you more than you will ever know.
