Cami
Boxer Insane
I am sorry that I missed your original post.
I feel like we are a part of a secret society. I too lost my girl Cami on the very same day as you lost your Tiger.
I have yet to put any of Cami's things away minus her multiple medications that were on my kitchen counter. All but 3 of her toys are where she left them. I have become abnormally attached to her very first toy we gave her as a puppy. I can't believe it was still a part of her toy arsenal after nearly 7 years. I have also been carrying around the last toy she played with. For some reason this odd task has brought me comfort. I get a bit panicky in the night if I realize that they have moved too far from me. Her beds remain where they were when she last slept on them. The third toy which she was especially fond of is sitting next to her ashes and will eventually be included in a memory/shadow box for her.
I so wish that I had some answers for you. Sadly I do not. All I can say is from one broken heart to another....I wish you peace.
