My baby argues with me

Gretchen does the weirdest things! When she plays, she sometimes gets too rough and we have to tell her NO! Well like any kid, she has learned to argue with us! It's so funny. We'll stop playing with her and she'll hop around barking and growling as if to tell us " hey, I'm not done yet!" She thinks she's so mean. I just had to tell everyone what a clown she is.

Mya does that too. We were done playing and wanted to watch TV, but she wasn't done and just sat there barking and growling at us and trying to pouce. She thought she was so tough! That made us just give in and play more with her!

Well, that's what I do when he talks back at me. Krose usually talks back at me when we leave him alone too much (according to him, of course!) in the house. I talk right back at him:D Make the exact same sounds he does tome:p

Tae talks back, too, usually when I want to make the bed and she does not want to get off. Fortunately for me, she only weighs 40 lbs (she's full-grown), so I pick her up and put her on the floor. Otherwise, the bed would never get made!

Jasmine sasses me. If she is trying to get something she is not supposed to have, I will tell her no and she will come over and start sassing. She sounds like a Tazmanian devil! Little stinker

Ronin is pretty sassy too :D If I tell him no (or something along those lines) he'll woo-woo and howl at me. I've heard the term Chewbacca used on this site and it's a very accurate description It's so funny to hear it and see the look on his face!

Rylee complains and then takes this deep beathe in and then exhales making her chops flutter...it's like a big sigh. Then she goes back to sassing us again. it's too cute

when you tell her "no" simply ignore her afterward. do not go back and give her attention until YOU ARE READY to give it to her.

Doggie Slap

One morning before our usual walk, I lightly tapped my boxer on his bottom to grab his attention. My boxer got mad at me, so he stomped his feet on the ground, gave out a big lip fluttering sigh, and then slapped me across the face with his paw. I was very suprised by his slap as I would have never suspected that from a dog. I couldn't help but laugh at him...which angered him more.
