I've been thinking of you alot since your last post :(
You poor thing. I do not envy you in the slighest. Its a hard thing to go through and watching your baby weaken is heart wrenching.
As you've stated, his time might be drawing near so with that in mind, I'l repeat what I've said a thousand times..
make as many memories as you can, take all the pictures your finger can handle snapping, if you can make a video of you and handsome Rocky together..maybe you can get a friend/relative to tape it. Smile and laugh so his beautiful eyes can see it and his ever vigilant ears hear your voice. Treat each minutes as a gift and don't every feel guilty for anything!

Hi there, I've read some of your posts about Rocky in the past but sometimes it's been too difficult as we lost our Morrissey in April. Just wanted to send you and Rocky lot's and lot's of hugs, you will know when the time is right, you will feel it in your heart, I know how hard it is for you right now....hang in there, Kate, Morrissey's mommy.

I've cried through reading all these posts. Rocky sounds fabulous! I lost my Sam dog of 16 1/2 years in April, and I did know when it was time. He wasn't able to wag for me, or show me any joy at all. It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, and I felt guilty for many days afterward. Only now am I able to realize that it really was the right decision. The guilt seemed to come on when I thought about Sam the way he used to be, not the way he was at the end. I will be thinking and praying for you and Rocky, and I hope I can send you some love with this message, too.

oh my..... youre so strong,, to do what you do. I would have freaked out by now...lost it completly...
He is such a fighter...this must come from YOU Vicky!!! I think he is just amazing...I wish neither one of you would have to go through this awful time.

We all know how much strength you have shown these last six months. I really believe your strength has helped Rocky stay strong so long. Please don't second guess yourself - take one day at at time and trust your instincts. A special big hug for more strength to help you get through this and love to Rocky. We all always are thinking of you and check to see if you have been able to post.
