We're still hanging in there! Last night was a bad night. Rocky was up and down several times. His breathing seems very labored and he had several panting spells thru the night. But he was wide eyed and bushy tailed this morning. It amazes me the fight that he has left. His leg hurts me to even look at it so I concentrate on his sweet, gentle face. He knows how much he is loved and that's the main thing....thanks for all your support...Rocky & Mom

I too am glad to hear Rocky is still doing well.

I am so sorry
I understand how you feel. Over the winter we had to put our family dog down after 14 years. He had cancer in the back of his leg and he was unable to walk. I miss him every day. I wish you and your baby the best.

Yes indeed another week with my sweetie pie. He still amazes me. He got up like five times last night...wears me out putting him back in the bed. I imagine his leg hurt after staying put for awhile. He will go outside and bark and head back to bed. I think he now beleives his name is I love you because I say it so often. I wake up and cover him, rub his head all during the night...what we want do for our boxer babies...we still miss you all but continue to hang on.....Rocky & Mom

So glad to hear you and Rocky are ok. I check almost every night to see how he is doing. You guys are just so strong! I smile when I see your post and know that Rocky (and you!) are still hanging in there. Since I started to post on Boxer World about Heidi in Jan I have followed all our stories and am so happy to at least have Rocky still with us.
