I would think thats a good weight, sounds healthy.
Boxers generally vary in there weight from dog to dog. I know quite a few people with Boxers both male, and female. I have noticed a difference in all of there weight, size, etc. Your girl seems to be healthy at her age.
Nope, its not abnormal. At seven months she's probably not that far off her adult height - and if she is within the "standard" height of 21-23" then her adult weight should be somewhere in the range of 55-65lb (roughly). Of course, she won't be fully grown till about two years old so there's plenty of time for her to fill out. The important thing is that she looks a healthy weight for her current height.
Rita is 3 years old and is 48 pounds, and about 22 inches tall. She has always been very petite and I think she looks just great (I am a little bias though). She did weigh a little more when younger 8-14 months or so, but quickly shed the last bit of puppyhood and grew up long and lean. You dog sounds just perfect!
