wow, in all the research i did about head tremors i never stumbled on that- good to know! tuff started having tremors when he was about 2, and we also brought him out of them with food.
to the op, i'm sorry your boy is going through this. my first thought was brain tumor as well simply because they're so common in the breed at that age, but, so are heart related problems and hypothyroidism. is his behavior otherwise normal or have you noticed any other changes? you'll want to note even the smallest differences to help your vet with diagnosis.
