The past two days my pup has been getting into everything. I think I have gotten everything put up that she could possible get into and she finds something. Yesterday, everyone was taking a nap or at least I thought everyone was. Isis was downstairs and knocked down our christmas tree. I am so thankful that the only thing she got a hold of was a candy cane. Then this afternoon I caught her with a whole role of toilet paper and after I got that cleaned up she found a dirty diaper from my ds. I am not sure how she found that but I got it away from her before she could do any damage. The joys of having a boxer puppy.
Move over Ivan the terrible here comes Isis....

I can feel your pain! Duke has been into everything as well. When I am in the shower he will destroy the toilet paper. He has slipped out of his cage (ok, maybe I forgot to lock the top latch) twice in the past month and destroyed a plant, disposable camera, cushions and one of my bf's hats. I took pictures so I will have to post them. At night we lock him in the bedroom with us so he can't get into anything!

There must be something in the air right now. Because for about 3 months Darby (she is 11months) has been able to run free in the house when we are gone but the last week she has proven her self to be a bad little girl.
First she got a hold of some clothing form our room and brought them to the living room, not destroying them just bringing them out of the room. So no big deal. Then the next day she had a toilet paper party with out us. 3 rolls all over the living room. Her grandma had came to pick her up about an 1 1/2hr after we left that day and when she got there the toilet paper was all over. (grandma left a note for us saying " Sorry about the mess - I think the cats did it. Staying over at grandmas for the night. Love Darby"). Finally the last straw was I got home from work and she had got into a plant (Hubbys favorite one and really does not like them but that one he did like). She knew right away she had been bad. I said "Darby that was a bad dog" she jumped on the couch and cried for awhile. So for the last three days she is back in her kennel (hubby said one week) so four more days of kennel. Poor girl. I hate to do that to her because she had been good for so long. I am hoping when she gets out of "JAIL" that things will be better. Plus I just cant stay mad at that sad face if hubby did not find out I would reduce her sentence.

I think she may be going through her "teen" years. I am not real sure but I think that I have read here that that is about when the teen years start rampaging. Toni is also 11 months old and has decided that some things just don't belong anymore. She took her blanket out of her dog house on Saturday (she was outside because I had to sweep and mop and she hates the broom and mop). Okay that wasn't so bad, right? No - she shredded it. She had blanket parts all over the deck and back yard. I know she had a good time, but darn that was a nice blanket for her to cuddle up on when she has to be in the yard. She figured out how to open the not quite closed bathroom door and she got my shoe. Yes my fault for not putting them away but I was in such a hurry to get to her to give her love I left them in the bathroom. She stole my sandwich off the counter last night. I could go on and it seems it all started back up again about 2 weeks ago or so. Oh well, I love her anyway!
