My new puppy Delila is 11 weeks old, everytime my 5 year old male Ekim eats from his bowl, drinks, or plays with a toy she barks at him. I don't know if this is a problem as it doesn't seem to bother Ekim. I tell her no and give her a time out when she acts like this. I hope she isn't going to be an aggressive dog.

It sounds like perfectly normal boxer puppy behaviour to me :) And normal behaviour from a well-mannered adult if Ekim lets her do it. He'll put his foot down and demand better standards of behaviour later. But for now, she's a baby and she gets what is known as "puppy licence".

Pretty much as you or I might tolerate a 9-12 month old human biting or hiting, but wouldn't entertain it for a moment from a 10 year old. Well, she's the equivalent of that 9-12 month old infant ;) and some degree of tolerance until she learns better behaviour (and is capable of learning it) is required.

Chief was a very mouthy pup! And as GMac put it... Sam allowed him to have his puppy license! It wasn't until Chief was about 4 months or so that Sam finally put him in his place and roared back! Chief is still extremely vocal with loud growls and monkey noises. But he is the most non-aggressive dog you'll ever meet! Don't let their initial antics fool you! ;)

My Bax was like that with our older beagle. She let him get away with a bit when he was little but she will let him know when he has gone a tad too far. Its good to have another dog in the house that is older they can learn from.
Because of our older dog and the boundries she taught him I know its helped him become a sweetheart.

I to have an older beagle, when Harlan was a puppy, up until about 4 months, my beagle just dealt with the ear bitting and constent nagging from harlan. Harlan turned 4 months and my beagle said enough is enough!

Daisy was pretty vocal when we first got her and for the first few months that we had her. Now that she is 6 mo old she has not been so vocal. I was kinda worried about it myself and was hoping she was going to out grow it a little. Our neighbor dogs ( jack russell and a lab ) bark non stop and I didn't know if that was going to make her bark also. Now she doesn't even react to their barking and usually only barks at things she's not sure about. I would just always tell her "no bark" when she would get wound up playing. Seems to have worked ( so far - haha!).
Good luck!
