Fence

That was the first thing my husband did the next day, was take pictures of the fence, gate & yard. In fact, he even took pictures of all her hair on the top of the pickets to show that she's scrapped her belly. We didn't take her to the vet for the scrapes, so there is no evidence of that. We even took pics of the scratches on the wood where she was trying to paw through the fence!! There is no getting out now....and she knows it - she's stopped trying!

Even though it's been a couple of days, take pictures of her belly, with the bare places and scrapes, too.

After showing the courts all the work we've done to the backyard and explaining how she was hurt, and letting them know that her vet was willing to testify for her, they decided to drop it to an infraction dog at large - which is what it should have been to begin with! If she gets out again, and gets caught, it'll be a misdemeanor dog at large ticket....but I'm hoping that won't happen. I am hoping her superman days are over! My luck she's going to discover digging next! What a pill...a trying pooch. I still lova her!!
