Hey heres my 2-cents worth..when I got Bella she was 3 weeks and her mother stopped feeding her because she was the runt and it was November and cold so I went ahead and got her. I took her to the vet and she weighed only 2lbs. Shes now 6 months and only weighs 30lbs. The vet says shes happy and healthy but shes just small... and her big brother Bubba also a boxer is almost 2 and he weighs almost 80lbs..so some are small and some are big but we still love them the same

In Response...

Hello All, and thank you so much for your responses.

Our Osuna-boo is now about 5 1/2 months old and weighs about 20 lbs. She is very active and healthy and eats everything she can get her paws on. My thinking is in line with Slobberbaby's in that she's just a super small runt. I'm just glad she's healthy...we love her madly! I'll try to get a recent picture of her online soon.

Thanks again!

Has anyone here ever heard of a "Puggle"? A girl I work with wanted to get a small dog , and found a "puggle" on the internet...it is the cross between a Pug and a Beagle, and the first time I saw a picture of one I thought it had the face of a Boxer.... this puggle mix will only have the same look if only bred with the parents of a Pug and a beagle...two puggles bred together will not look like a puggle... I am just wondering if this puggle mix could be confused with what is being advertised now as a "mini boxer"......and as a previous posting said, there is no such thing as a mini boxer, and that's o.k.

I am with a few others I think it is a mix but would like to see some updated pictures. I am no expert by all means. Just my 2 cents. glad she is doing well and hope all goes well

The Puggles I've seen advertised in Iowa have them coined as "mini Mastiffs" - which I can totally see. I am floored by the differnt crosses that have been selling for several hunderd dollars. The poodle mixes are really hot here right now, especially the poodle/lab cross.

Anyhow cute puppy, hope all is going well. As far as weight my Winston was weighing 17.7 at 11 weeks. Granted I think he's going to grow to be a small horse, but 20 pounds at 5 months seems so tiny.

Sounds like she's doing well though, and that's all that matters. Glad she found her way into your life, others may not have been so devoted.

My jaw hit the floor when I saw the "Labradoodles" selling for $1000 (or at least advertised for that much)!. Talk about sales/advertising - stick a catchy name on something, talk it up a bit - and people line up to buy them.

If anyone's interested - my pup makes some great 'stinkypooples'! Yes, you too can have one for yourself, for merely $79.95, shipping included! Get them while they're HOT! :D
