How many all meat meals (no bone) should be provided in a week. I
feed twice a day..so 14 meals a week. How many of them should be all
meat meals? I prefer to feed my RMB meals and my "all meat meals" separate. I'm very curious to what everyone else is doing regarding this issue.

P.S--I have two boxers...7 and 10 years old and a shepard pit cross
(I think anyways) that I found half dead on the side of the road. I
don't think she is a year old yet but I could be wrong.

Thanx for any responses

By "all meat" do you mean offal or just flesh offcuts?

I try to feed a reasonable amount of offal - probably a couple of meals a week on average. With other (boneless) meat it's more of an occassional thing, perhaps two or three meals in a month. Generally speaking, the amount of meat found on things like chicken necks and beef brisket bones is about right for dogs. We have to remember that dogs hunting in the wild would eat the whole carcass, for sure, but that whole (wild) carcass would have a *lot* less meat on it than animals raised by people for food. End result is that I don't think they need a whole lot more actual meat than is generally found on the sorts of RMBs commonly fed.

Your morning meals should be RMB everyday. Five PM meals should be Veggie mush with the two remaining meals RMB. The five Veggie meals should also include the following.

Two of your meals a week should be "other" this means; they can be cottage cheese, hamburger, stew meat, pork, lamb, etc. but, should be 1/2 meat and 1/2 fruit.

Another two should be "offal" meals and one meal should be sardines.

This is an ideal way of doing it. I cannot give my Cab sardines sooo I substitute.

Sooo to answer my interpretion of your question my anwser is; none.
