Max hides his toys!

Max is our new "baby" and we have had so much fun watching him. We have noticed that he hides his toys and bones. This morning he dragged a folded blanket off a bookshelf, carefully placed his bone near the back of the shelf, and then neatly nosed the blanket back into place. Yesterday he hid it in the bottom of the shoe basket, first pawing the shoes out of his way, then nosing them back on top of the bone...do any of your boxers do funny things like this???

You know, it makes you wonder how such a dog could possibly have ended up in a dog shelter.

Mya is always hiding bones. She doesn't hide toys, but if she gets a treat that she doesn't want then, she'll hide it for later. It is usually behind the entertainment center, in my plants, in the closet under clothes or under a table (in plain view, but it is hidden to her!) Silly puppies!

Frog used to bury EVERYTHING. I would buy her a new bone or toy or something and it would promptly vanish. In about a day or 2 it would reappear and be covered in dirt. The funny thing is I could never catch her doing it and could never find the hole she dug. She was a master when it came to covering her tracks!

Duchess doesnt hide her toys. She has to be one of the messiest dogs I know. She pulls her toys/blankets/bones out of her toybox and just leaves them all over the house. If you walk thru our house with no shoes on you are bound to step on something of hers. She also leaves bits of food everywhere by her dish. The kibble chunks fall out of her cheeks and after they are soggy from her mouth she wont eat them again. So we are always sweeping the food up by her dish.

Monty is into the sneak attack! She will just get something and make herself dissapear until she has destroyed it. She would never do this with her toys only my nephews things.

Sophie too drags ALL of her toys all around the house! She has started hiding under the bed when she sees that I am getting ready to go to school ( I have been on summer break, so this is first week she is crated during the day) and she will grab a toy or two, however many she can get in one quick bite and then take them under the bed with her to hide! Little stinker!

Brandy hides the toys from tigger by putting them on the window sill behind the curtains in the lounge room so when i open or close our curtains i find all the balls/cuz etc on the window sill waiting for her. when she has a bone she tries to bury it - under her bedding or where ever she's been eating it. tigger just eats it
