Maine or nearby - any Boxers wanna play?!

I just thought it would be fun to put this out and see who shows up! I have 2 Boxers that would love to play with your Boxer(s)! They will be at the Valley Street Dog Park in Portland, Maine this Sunday 12/05/04 at approximately 1:00 - 3:00 (weather permitting). We would love to meet any Boxers wanting to play! And this invitation does not exclude any other non-Boxer breed that you may want to bring along. If they feel like "boxing" too, then feel free to bring them along as well! It is a small fenced in area with benches and fire hydrants,and water is piped in, currently shut off due to cold conditions so you may want to bring along water for your babies. Directions: Off 295 - take the exit - Congress Street west - you should see the Amtrak station - take a right onto Congress St., then go past Dennys to the light. You will see a bus station. Continue through the light to the next, then take a right. The park will soon come up on your left. Hope to see you there!!!

How did the patry go ?

Lived in Maine for many years-left about 7 years ago and ended up in beautiful North Carolina with the best Boxer there is. Have you been in Maine long? Where are you located in Maine? I was living in Hebron,Me. Keep in touch.

Nobody showed up unfortunately. But that's ok, we are not discouraged from trying again. In answer to your question, been in Maine for the past 23 years. We are now living in the Augusta/Hallowell area and enjoying all the snow we have been receiving, over 2 feet this month alone! I love it! Hope the weather there is wonderful as well. Got snow? Heehee! My daughter spent 2 weeks in Asheville, NC this past Summer so we know it is a terrific place, NC, that is! But I beg to differ on the best dog in the world being there with you though, I think that dog is seated here in Maine with me! Have a great day!!
