Love your dogs!

I just HAD to post this story on BW as it brightened my Monday extensively... and I know the only people who would TRULY understand my excitement would be you guys....


So I was walking Chief and Tasha today and as I was crossing an intersection, a car drove by....and an old man yelled out his window... "HEY!!!!! I LOVE YOUR DOGS!"... and as I turn around and look.... an old man drives by in a caravan with two boxer heads gracing the back window... one being fawn (looking quite like Chief) ... and the other being a flashy brindle like Tasha... just with floppy ears! ...

They were hanging out the back window staring at Chief and Tash.... beaning (clearly) even through tinted windows.

I loved the sight! It made my day!!!!!! :D Just wanted to share

It always seems that Boxer owners find someway to unite/ bond over any other breed!?

This reminds me of two things that I needed to share today...earlier when I was on my way home from work I passed a man walking his boxer down the sidewalk he/she was a very pretty white boxer! I about broke my neck turning around when I passed them to look at his dog. Then when me and my bf were on our way home from dinner we were driving through our neighborhood and there was a couple walking their yorkie and boxer she was a pretty little classic fawn with a black mask. Just thought I would share. But I do know what you mean it is like everyone who owns a boxer or has owned a boxer has this weird kind of bond.

Drive by boxer lovin' . WooHoo. appicon I know that us boxer owners can be somewhat wacky about our beloved breed. And what owners of other breeds don't understand is that Boxers are the Best .

I look for boxers everywhere I go! I even have my 3 yr old son looking for them!! Our friend who lives near us has their 2 boxer puppies outside on nice days and everytime we walk by they come to greet us!! Gotta love them boxers!

That's such a cute story. My mom is even in on the boxer mania. She bought me an I love my boxer car magnet on clearance for .49 at Walgreens

I love the idea - "You wouldn't understand, it's a boxer thing!" I am going to see how much it would cost me to have my brother in laws dad make me one. They have a sign making business. And they all think I am pyscho. My sister-in-law bought me a stuffed boxer for my college graduation and my brother-in-law bought me a bag of dog food - I told them I was finally getting my boxer after graduation.

The funny thing is, I have been a boxer stalker since I was 8-years-old!

There is definitely a thing about the "boxer bond"...

Can't tell you how many times I get stopped on our walks by people who have, had or know someone that has a boxer...cars have even stopped by the side of the road to check mine out!!!

every time I see one in the neighborhood I exclaim "boxer!!!" doesn't matter if I'm alone or with someone, driving or walking. I do get some weird looks. a few days ago we were on our way to the dog park or pet store or somewhere with Chubs in the backseat. I saw one and yelled and the people looked over and saw Chubs grinning out the window and smiled.
