Boxer Insane
Today we helped our beautiful Ms. Ali cross over the bridge. Over the past couple of weeks her health steadily deteriorated to where she had no real quality of life. Both vets that saw her today said she had all the signs of a brain tumour. After last night we knew that we had to do the right thing for her. I promised her that she would not be suffering anymore. It tore our hearts to pieces. She was the sweetest and most loving dog anyone could ask for. Never crumpy even in old age. She was happiest when the little ones came by and she would be right in the middle of whatever they were doing whether they wanted her or not. She managed to get those slobbery boxer kisses right on their little faces. I will miss so many things about her but I will always remember how much she loved us. I have cried every night over the past two weeks knowing deep down that our sweet girl was getting ready to leave us. I am happy that she lived for almost 12 years and was pretty healthy. So many on this board have lost their beloved boxers at a young age. . I cannot be sad that she is now healthy and happy again running with her little buddy Bailey. I just wish I could have her forever. (Tears). Thank you to everyone who inquired about her over the past while. Love you forever my sweet girlie.

12 years is a great age of a boxer! Rest in peace Ali. Run free at the Rainbow Bridge. God speed!
