Lousiana Boxer Rescue

One of my coworkers here in Arizona has a daughter in New Orleans area who wants to adopt a Boxer, she lost her Rottie during Katrina, I recommended going to a Rescue which rescue helps in the New Orleans area?

Louisiana does have a good Boxer rescue from what I understand. I corresponded briefly with them during the Katrina disaster.

Hi,
Louisiana Boxer Rescue has plenty of boxers. I am waiting on my little girl "Sprite" to have her surgery and complete her heartworm treatment. We drove up to meet her last monday at LBR. She will be ready to come home to us in November! Boy, she's a cutie too!!

We got our Zoe from LBR. I dealt with Kim, there is also Connie, both are very nice people. Congrats for going rescue, LBR needs whatever help it can get.
