ROFLMAO!!! I just got done reading a thread on bullystix and other rawhide alternatives! It's going to be WEEKS before this image is out of my head! :eek: :eek:

I can feel for you and Louie, just a couple of weeks ago, Gus, Lily, Hubby and I were playing stick at the lake ( safe off leash place ). The firkids were playing with dad on the shore and I took a stroll on the dock which I do often. Guess who comes flying up and takes a dive off the deepest spot, yes my beloved Guswieser. All I saw was a nubby tail going under and he disappeared in to the murky water. Heart starts pounding and it seemed like forever, tick tock tick tock. Panic tries to set in “ what if he comes up under the dock” What if he bonks his head on something, What if HE PANICS!!! Ahhhhhhhhh. I am going in!!! Just then he pops up and I reach for him and yank the 70-lb belly flopper on to the dock. I am a harness lover I got a hold of him like a suitcase. Didn’t even faze him and I am shaking from head to toe. He has been on the docks tons of times for 5 years and never attempted to jump off. You bet that wont happen again. Man they are full of surprises. He got a lecture on how he not a good swimmer and that he scared the Sh&% out of us and don’t ever do that againe.So glad you are O.K.

Thank God both of you made it out o.k., your story brought tears to my eyes as I would never want to be in that position. Just be thankful your guardian angels were with both of you! I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
