Losing a tooth

Lola who is right around 18 weeks old has been losing baby teeth here and there no big deal. We took her to puppy playtime today and due to the winter storm only 1 other dog showed up. This other dog was "supposedly" 10 months old but i think he may have been older. Nonetheless, Lola has played well with bigger dogs in the past so, not wanting to waste the trip we decided to let her play. Things got a little rough and then we realized the golden retriever she was playing with had a bloodspot on his forehead so we broke the two up to inspect. Seems one of Lola's bigger teeth in the back (sorry i dont know the actual tooth term) was very loose and bleeding quite a bit. She has eaten twice now, the tooth is still in there hanging on. Is this something we should have the vet look at? Its not one of the smaller teeth we've seen her lose. At 18 weeks, is it possible she could be losing an adult tooth? Any concern to have?

It's probably no big deal....our boxer is 5 months old now and has been losing teeth also, sometimes little ones and sometimes the bigger ones. It will probably come out on its own soon.

Just out of curiosity, where were you at playtime? We are in CT also and we have been to the playtime at Petsmart in Plainville, but not today. Are you in this area??
