This is my first post but I read this board all the time and have gotten wonderful information.
Rocky ate a rotten fish on the beach. We couldn't get it from him...that was last Thursday. He was fine until Friday night when he had diarrhea all night. By Saturday morning that was better but he didn't eat much that day. Played and acted fine. On Sunday he was fine and has been fine except that his stool is still runny.
He eats Innova dry with Innova canned mixed in. He also gets a spoonful of plain yogurt on top (thanks for that suggestion!) He has eaten the same thing for a year with the only switch being from puppy Innova to adult but that was a few months back.
He has an appointment for his yearly check up this Thursday. My question is, could this still be related to the bad fish? And what would be the best course of action? Thanks!
