Looking for friends in Austin Tx!

Hello! I am a proud boxer owner in Austin Tx looking for some friends for my baby to play with! Diesel is 10 weeks old today and just had his second rounds of shots. My husband and I live in an apartment and I would like to get him out with other dogs. I am going to start him in puppy training next week. He has been around just a few other dogs since I have had him, Only ones who I know have had their shots, he absolutely loves to play! As far as we can see he loves water, we are taking him to the beach next weekend and cant wait!
I could go on and on about my little boy but main goal here is to get him out with a few friends for fun and exercise.
Im not too picky about the location, could be a park or your backyard. I am 7 months pregnant so time outside at this time of year will be limited.

Looking for a friend

I'm Sookie and my mother and I live in apartment also. I love to play. I'm a year old, very shy but I do open up after a while. We live in south austin. I like to go to the riverside park but nobody ever plays with me :( We should get together and play sometime. My mom is scared to let me roam free on Town Lake.

We would love to get together! We will be at the beach this weekend so on the weekend of the 23rd would be great! Im familiar with Riverside just dont know the parks in that area. We live in north austin near 620 and 183.
Diesel is not shy at all so hopefully he could bring sookie out of his/her shell and they can become friends!

Sounds Good. I will reply a few days before next weekend. Maybe we can meet in the morning or late afternoon on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

Sookie is a girl don't worry she is fixed, I hope Diesel will bring her out of her shell. She is scared of everything. I took her to puppy class she gets along well with other dogs she is just shy of people and loud noises.

I work Friday so Saturday morning will be good before it gets too hot.
When he sees other dogs he is on them, he dosent want to leave them alone I know hell be excited to play!

Playdate

Hi New Mamma & gnutall!

I have a 19 week old Boxer puppy named Gracie. She would love to come play too! We are always looking for other Boxers for her to play with. She loves to play, especially with her paws and other Boxers are great for that.

I think you are talking about the gated park called Norwood Estate off of Riverside and Edgecliff – right off of I-35. Right? If so, we have brought Gracie there are she loved it. It’s great because its fully gated, a large area, and usually has plenty of friendly dogs.

If it’s ok, depending on the time, we might be able to make it out to the Riverside park Saturday morning too. Please let me know when and confirm that we are talking about the same place!
