looking for a new friend

Hi, we are a couple in Maryland who lost our boxer (Mookie) to heart problems after 13 years. We have been trying to adopt thru rescues, shelters, ect. but no luck to date. Anyone know of a nice pup, adult, preferr male,fawn who needs a good home?

update

We got to meet two wonderfull, young, males yesterday!!!! Mr. Graham and Mr. Max were both adoreable and full of energy. They both are very willing to play, and very affectinate but maybe just a little excited about meeting new people. We are applying to be adopted by Graham and we hope we are excepted. He is very much built like our past friend Mookie who is now at the bridge, and seemed to be really easy to catch on to the new training he is recieving. We will keep you posted on our progress, and thanks to everyone for all the help.

still waiting and looking

Well we have been looking and waiting, we were told we may adopt Graham but apparently the owner is bulking at signing the papers. We almost found a pair but were a day late in finding the ad and they were gone too. We sure miss having the love and company of one of the members of the best, most loyal, gentle , playfull animals in the world.
