Lola has skin irritations with oosing???

I had Lola outside for a couple of hours today, about an hour after we came inside I noticed very red spots with oosing coming from her skin on the top of her head and her back. The hair has even falled out. That fast! It was puzzling to me. I know she likes to crawl under my bed, so I thought she might have gotten stuck and scraped herself. So to clean her up I gave her a bath, now the redness is gone but the oosing is still happening, The vets are all closed around here too, so I couldn't call or bring her in. Anyone know what else could of caused this so fast? She is eating and drinking, but is very irritated and it seems painful or at least uncomfortable. She doesn't want you to touch her back or head at all. She is not vomiting or does not have the poops Thanks for any help.

Sounds like she could have been bitten by something outside? I would DEFINITELY have a vet look at her as soon as possible, just in case..
