Sue? What is that? If that were my dog, the security guard's loved ones would find him "accidentally" attatched to the underneath of my Tahoe. It would take a few miles before I realized somebody was under there. You see, I am nightblind and I probably could not hear over the radio. :mad:

Louie's Mom, I'm not sure it would have mattered if this poor baby was on a leash. The friend was close enough to get blood splattered on him. It is quite possible the dog was on a leash and he let go after he saw what happened. This guy was just an idiot and I hate to say it but was using Socks as a target. Not hard to hit a dog urinating. I have not turned on the news yet but will let you know if I hear anything. I'm sure that if this had been someone's skin baby it would not take this long.

I hope he gets everything thats due him!!! People like that get some kind of enjoyment out of doing stupid stuff like that to dogs and cats. I am SO MAD!!!!

An update- the guard was arrested last night and charged with animal cruelty.
I hope he gets the maximum penalty allowed by law.

Thats good news although I think they should add aggravated assault with a firearm to the list and also some sort of charge pertaining to unsafe use of a firearm. I hope Socks owner sues the crap out of him AND the company he worked for.

Presley 101, Thanks. I just sat down to update everyone. Busy day Cairo had his Big Boy surgery today so in between taking him bright and early and working and picking him up this is the first chance I have had. I agree that he should be charged with some kind of fire arms violation.

Update

Guard was charged with four charges 1 being cruelty to animals and 1 was charging a firarm in a community. He is in jail with 1500 dollar bond.
