I have to say that I don't post a lot...really just for information but today I have to share that I am so proud of our doodle bug, aka Roxy.
We had 16 people at our home today, ranging from 5 years old to 79 and one 48 year mentally challenged with cerebal palsey person, being my big brother. Roxy was just awesome. She is 15 months and I have to admit I was a little concerned because we are still working on our manners, especially jumping and licking. Although, we still need to work on the licking part she was so wonderful on the jumping part AND listening to us! I really couldn't believe it. With all the distractions, she still came when we called her and she did not jump on the 5 year, the two 79 year olds or my brother. The licking part....well, that's a different story. She has these fly by licks that catches folks off guard. We'll work on that but for the most part she was soooo good! All I have to say to you guys out there who are working with your pups and you think they are not getting it.....you will see one day that they do. You just have to be patient and one day you will see your hardwork pay off and how darn smart these dogs are! They are almost human! Okay...enough bragging, (I love my pup
