lips and nose greyish color

My boxer Baxter has had a runny nose for the past few day and today I noticed that his bottom lip and some parts below his nose and on the side of his nose is a greyish color. Has anyone else experienced this? His bottom lip as usually all black

Have you checked his gums to see if they are normal pink color? If they are pale too, I would get it checked out right away. Something could be going on with him, he could be sicker than he looks.

I hope Baxter is back to his normal self right away!
