Exercise is great but at one year old I wouldn't take her running or biking. It can cause damage to the growing bones/joints and is not rcommended until 18 months old. Please be careful, especially since you have already noticed some intermittent limping :)
I haven't heard that you shouldn't run them until 18 months old. I chose the vet I use because he has boxers and is extremely knowledgable about their issues. I told him she runs and he said that it was good for her. I don't push her pace and we run on flat grassy land and sometimes the sidewalk that's pretty even.
I will definitely make sure I don't push her for speed and watch the terrain carefully. Thanks for the advice :)

I suggest you look at the post by gmacleod in this thread:

Better to be safe early on so our dogs can have healthy joints!

Energy

She's regaining strength, but more then that her energy level is outrages she is almost bouncing off walls its tough to keep her still.....she is no longer limping but if she need to turn she puts no weight on the leg....Keeping her in the house as calm as possible its almost impossible without literally hugging her 24 hours a day......She's on anti-inflamatory pills so i'm sure thats helping mask the pain.....Well anyways theres always that 10 percent maybe it was a muscle sprain......I'll keep you guys updated.

She is a very active dog used to 3 walks a day.....so this must be killing her......either way I will do whatever is required to get her healthy and pain free for the remainder of her life.
