It's been a long time since I've been on but I have a question about licking. Cooper 2 1/2 years old and he licks everything. He's very friendly but when asked to let him he is so happy and wants to lick and not allow people to pet him without him licking them. I've tried to say stop but I don't know what else to do. I've heard something you can spray bitters? Not sure if they work or not. Any advice will help.
