Sorry, no pictures yet. We picked up Hank yesterday; he is a 7 week old brindle. I took my wife to pick him up and we had to dry a long way. We stopped for a while half way to help him calm down. He did well in the car and did well at home. Let me just total up his day:
Had a car ride home with two new people,
He would only sleep on his new daddy, Good Boy!!!
He moaned when his butt wasn't in just the right spot!
He smelled this crazy new house,
He ate my lunch,
He went potty outside every time except twice (both my fault, trying to get rid of a big dog outside on one of them, I was getting something from my car on the other one.)
He tried to eat two big stones and one very large rock.
He threw up in the living room, (he's been ok ever since.)
He went into his crate immediately and fell asleep on his bed. We took his bed and a blanket with us to pick him up so his littermates could smell it up nice for him.
He fell asleep on my 4 year old skin kid twice
He already knows the come command, he already sits when I put his leash on/off. He has a great temperament. The only time he cried last night was when he had to go potty. He whined a little for about 5 minutes at about 4A.M., and then he fell asleep. He is already crate trained. He loves to go in there. That sounds crazy to me because is so young. I am just about speechless, he is so great.
He is sleeping a lot, is that normal? He eats, goes potty, plays for about 5 minutes, and sleeps for a couple of hours. I am guessing it is, he has been through a lot. We have taken him to family members houses and let strangers pet him, so he is pretty tired, the little rock star.
He has a perfect white spot on his chin, he is soo cute. I will put pictures up as soon as I can. Sorry this post is crazy.
