ya, Sydney's about 40lbs.

we bought a harness seatbelt today, and boy was she not happy when we put her in it! heh.. She ended up getting herself tangled in it and it came off a few minutes after we put it on =/ Hopefully after a few times she'll get used to it.

i found a costume for sydney today! there was a dog cart at the laguna hills mall that was selling costumes, got her a piggy costume =D Not sure if she'll actually let us put it on her, the first time i tried she pulled it off before i could pull out the camera :(

im not sure if i posted this too late, but 10am tomorrow would be cool to ****** and tire them out a bit before the carride up to LA. You mentioned a park somewhere on Eltoro that is fenced in?

We had a great time! Sydney was soooo pooped when we got into the car =) She slept the entire car ride up to LA, hehe. We should definitely do it again sometime!

We only stayed in LA for an hour or so, so we didnt get to see what happened during the costume contest. So did charlie win!? He's very adorable =)

We had a blast! I will be posting some pictures on his website...the costumes there were amazing! Charlie didn't win, but he did get all 9s & 10s from the celebrity judges for the dog & owner duo category. We were in the top 5 I'm pretty sure. They said our picture will be on the website & an Irish dog magazine or show was there and took pictures of us...and someone asked us to interveiw, but we didn't rememebr to ask who it was. Boxer Rescue LA took pictures & said they were going to put them on their site. We LOVE the Deaf white boxer they have named Carmen...if we had a bigger home we would adopt her SO quickly! A Great Dane Unicorn won...it was AWESOME...there was a tie for 2nd in the owner/dog category Ghost Busters & Dorathy and the Wicked Witch. We'll go again next year for sure! PLUS BRLA gave us info on some really good vets that are really familiar with Boxers which is exactly what we needed for when we move.

Charlie finally lost that tooth that was hanging on all day! Poor baby, his mouth was bleeding the entire day on and off. I apologize for the blood he left all over Sydney. I am so glad we were able to meet, we really should get together again at another park (one that is completely fenced, sorry about that). Someone told me that there is a ball park on Jeronimo that is completely fenced in & when nobody is playing they take their dog there. I'll have to check it out. Sydney is absolutely gorgeous & I am glad they got along. I think in the beginning they were just determining who was dominant and once it was figured out they looked like great friends. They were actually playing quite nicely, failry quite for him. Just let me know when & where, feel free to email me
