Kona the Velcro boxer

My girl just follows me everywhere I go. I used to think she would be more comfortable with her "own fluffy bed" to lie on. MY mistake, . I has gotten so bad, that the other day she joined me in the shower! Kona has always been by my side, yes, even in the bathroom, where she usually sits patiently waiting for me. I guess she felt lonely. Ever try to take a shower with your boxer? Very interesting, very interesting! What a goof, but at least we are both now squeaky clean,

Hahahah! I thought Ripley was going to jump in the shower with me the other day. Luckily, he is still a little freaked out by the shower. He does always lick the water off of my legs every time I get out, though. Silly puppies!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I was in the shower and had left the door open so that Harvey would know where I was. He came in, moved the shower curtain with his head and jumped in the tub!! I thought that once he got wet he would jump out...but he didn't. He just stood there and stared at me. He played and bit at the water spraying and tried to drink some from the bottom of the tub(the more I laughed at him the sillier he got!)When I got out, he got out and I dried myself off and then dried him off and we went on with our day.

:D haha!! this is so funny, my girl gets in the shower with me too! It's great because she's white, so when she's really muddy it's so easy to clean her!

I am waiting for my puppy to jump in... she already sticks her head in and tries to catch waterdrops.... I should probably put the puppy shampoo right next to mine, just in case!

Rocco is always following me around during the day. I did the same thing, leaving the door open while taking a shower. The first time or two, he would just try and peek around the curtains, check things out and try to lick the water. Then he started getting bold, trying to climb in, so I grabbed him and threw him in the water! He looked shell shocked and started trying to climb out. I grabbed the puppy shampoo and started washing him up, he looked so sad, I guess he knew he was stuck! Now when I head for a shower, he heads the other way!

Franks likes to lick the water running down the shower door. She shoves her tongue into the gap at the bottom of the door and licks from start to finish of my shower! She is also like a towel and lciks me dry when i come out!! I love her sooo much!!!

Haha! It must be a boxer thing. Charlie Paper comes in and sits on the bath mat while I shower if I don't get the door closed all the way. And when I take a bath, I have both dogs & one of the cats visit.

It's definately a boxer thing. Mine does this as well. She follows us anywhere we go. When DH and I are in different rooms, she paces back and forth between the rooms. But anytime either of us are in the shower she is right there. We have a shower curtain that she has learned to push back and she tries to lick at the water from the shower head. She is not brave enough to jump in though. We have even tried using the suction cups on the shower curtain to keep her from peeking her head in there, but she has gotten to where she can paw it off the side of the shower. It is then that you get this surprising lick and cold nose. Sometimes it can be annoying, but mostly we just get a big laugh out of it. Especially when I hear my husband yell from the shower. I know that he has fallen victim to our little girl.
