It could more than likely be her food, but there could be a far more serious cause. Banishing her to the outdoors is not going to solve her problem. Flint River Ranch is a pretty decent food, however I would choose not to feed it, due to the high levels of wheat alone (which is a very common allergen to dogs).
Have you thought about switching her food, perhaps to a high quality allergy formula to see if that helps? www.boxerworld.com/feeding has some great information on what to look for in a good quality dry dog food.
Good luck - I really hope you can get her to a vet and take care of her illness. Irrespective of that, she *really* needs to be indoors.
