kneesaa met santa today

well today was petco's pictures with santa. all week long I've been telling kneesaa she needs to be good so she can see santa.
well we got there and the minute I told her it was santa she started kidney beening and whining to him. well the minute she got there she jumped right into the sleigh with him and started just giving him boxer kisses and rolling around in the fake snow! well after about 10 minutes we were able to take the photo. she would sit when he told her to but she would tip her face all the way back to give more kisses. when I went back an hour later (by myself) to pick them up, they said....oooooh the boxers mom! and santa came over to see how they came out
they were wonderful, I'll put them online monday when I can scan them in.

HA HA HA HA- maybe she found out that Santa gives out lots of good presents and treats!! I bet they were all lovin' her there. Can't wait to see the pics.

we tried to take buu, but it didn't work out. we got him at a year and a half and he was never socialized and it showed when we got to petco, he started barking at all the dogs and lunging, so my bf had to bring him home.... I felt bad, poor buu. so we're going to superimpose him into the photo.

I bet Kneesa looked beautiful in her pics! Who says boxers are more fighters than lovers!

I know what you mean about your Buu, my Mia the boston is very wary of strangers and lives by the creed "Bite ,growl, snap first then get to know them". We have tried in different ways to help her out but she is just not a sociable girl. I can sympathize with you!

Our local animal shelter has a fund raiser with Santa pics every year. Last year she was only a few months old so she got to sit in Santa's lap no questions. This year they wanted to put her on the floor in front of him. I was like she can sit on your lap if your okay with that. Up she goes and everyone was in awe of what a good girl she was!

Abby gets to meet Santa tommorow night at the mall. The local rescue foundation is having pictures with Santa. We are both very excited.

I should mention that all the proceeds from the petco in taunton, ma go to local animal shelters. its a great cause if anyone is in the area, they are doing them again next weekend too from 12-5.
